p. 619 Exercise 11. 1-5. Write sentences with the correct verb. Underline verb.
2nd & 3rd - Read "Circe" and "Land of Dead" books from the Odyssey. Watch mini-series.
4th - Discuss requirements for career presentations:
4th Block - Presentations on Career Papers: Due - December 3rd!!!!!
Presentations- Choose one: Poster or Power Point. If you do not have access to a computer, you must do a poster presentation.
Poster Board will include charts, illustrations, and/or photograph or bulleted list of important topics. If you choose a poster, you will need to present it to the class, describing your important points and information.
Power Point: minimum of 7 slides, including at least two with a picture, illustration, chart, etc. If you choose a power point, you must introduce your topic to the class, and explain the slides as you show them to the class.
Your presentation – speak clearly, know the information, and be prepared to answer questions on your topic. The presentations will be worth a writing/project grade which is 20%. Due Thurs. Dec. 3rd!!
