Subjects and Predicates
Copy each of the following sentences, draw a line between the complete subject and the complete predicate. Underline the simple subject once and the simple predicate twice.
1. Rosa Lee Parks made history in Montgomery, AL in 1955.
2. She boarded a bus there late one December day.
3. Parks took a seat at the front of the bus.
4. Many people consider Parks the catalyst of the modern civil rights movement.

Follow the directions and rewrite sentences 1-3.
2nd and 3rd - Finish watching movie To Kill a Mockingbird and write a review.
