Monday

1st and 2nd Period English:
Bell Ringer:

List 3 things you have learned about the career you are researching:
Chapter 14 & 15 To Kill a Mockingbird:
List 3 things from each chapter (keep these bellringers out so you can take notes during the presentations.
 
5th period: Read the prologue to Romeo and Juliet and Answer the questions :

·Where is the play set?
·What clues indicate how long this battle has gone on?
·What is civil blood? Think of civil war.
·What is the clue that this play is about two families who are similar in status?
·Who is the story about - use words from reading
·How long with the play take to perform?
·How will the conflict be resolved?
 
4th and 6th period Speech:
Speech Bell ringer

1. In your own words Define narrator:
2. Write these questions to be answered during and after watching the play.
a. Title -
b. Characters - listen for names
c. Plot summary:
d. Set design - what does it look like.
e. What evidence shows that the time and setting have changed?
f. What is the conflict?
g. How is the conflict resolved at the end
