Monday

1st, 2nd, and 5th - Copy this information:

Commas are used to separate nouns of address, and to set off quotations.
Example: “John, you need to clean your room,” Granny said.
Punctuate these sentences.
1.“Someday you are going to be famous Sarah” Bill said.
2.  He added “Maybe you can become famous by making people laugh”

1st work on Pulp Fiction assignment:
1- Create a title. (Ex – Native in Nature) a western adventure

2. Create a list of characters and brief description of each. (minimum of 3)
Ex. A. Arizona Annie (raised by Native Americans who kidnapped her as a child) – now trying to make her way in the “white man’s” world.
      B. Major Daniels – Texas Ranger in charge of the Indian territory in west TX. Uses Annie to help communicate with the natives; finds himself interested in her despite the difference in their social skills.
      C. Crazy Colt – wants to see all Native Americans dead; hates Annie because she is part of their world.
3. Plot Summary: Write 2 paragraphs about your story (what it’s about, events that occur, conflict, etc).
2nd period:  - finish story element four-square
5th period:  - Work on pulp fiction stories

4th and 6th speech - work on script and blocking for Charlie Brown's Christmas.
