2nd - powerpoint on writing narratives, review of chapter 18 in book; silent reading - reminder to finish reading We Beat the Street.
5th - worked on adverbs and adjectives worksheets - group discussion and participation.

4th and 6th - 4th bell ringer:  Questions about the movie
1.  What is the basic plot of the movie so far?
2.  What was the first college debate demonstration topic about?
3.  What topic will the debate team be arguing this year?
4.  What assumption does Tucker make about the other debate scholarship recipient?

6th Write 5 questions/answers each from one of the two chapters on the test.  Review of terms, and questions for test TOMORROW!
