Class Work:  Look up hoisted, subsided, and taunted on dictionary.com;  Work on paragraph responding to prompt:Think about Sampson and Rameck from We Beat the Streets. They each had a special teacher who inspired and encouraged them. Write one paragraph about a special teacher in your life. It can be a description an actual school teacher, coach, minister, or other influential adult. Be sure to follow each of the steps discussed in class.
